Technical Service, in practice
Downtime is the real cost
A washer-extractor out of service on a Friday in August is not a repair bill, it is a hotel with no clean sheets. Everything in our service offer is built around that: keeping the machine running, and getting to it quickly when it stops.
We service the equipment we supply and, with few exceptions, the equipment you already own. Most professional laundry machinery is mechanically conventional; what differs is the control board and the parts channel, and we hold or can source both for the main European manufacturers.
Scheduled maintenance
Planned visits at intervals set by the machine and how hard it works. On a washer-extractor that means bearings and seals, drum and door gaskets, drive belts, inverter and motor checks, valve and drain operation, level and temperature sensor calibration, and a check that the dosing lines are actually delivering what the programme calls for. On dryers: lint paths, airflow, moisture sensing, burner or element condition and the safety chain. On ironers: roller padding and belts, chest condition, drive and temperature control.
Each visit ends with a written report — what was checked, what was adjusted, what is wearing and roughly how long it has left. That last line is what lets you replace a part during a quiet week instead of a full one.
Breakdown response
Response times are agreed in the contract rather than promised vaguely. For properties where a stopped machine halts the operation, we hold the fast-moving parts for your specific models so the first visit is usually the only visit. Where a repair genuinely needs a part we do not hold, we say so on the same call and give you a date, plus — where we can — a temporary route for your linen through our own plant in Riccione so the property keeps running while the machine is down.
Spare parts
Original and equivalent parts for washer-extractors, dryers, ironers, folders and dosing systems: bearings and seal kits, gaskets, belts, valves, pumps, heating elements, sensors, control boards and membrane panels. If you maintain your machines in house, you can buy parts from us without a service contract.
Commissioning, relocation and programme work
We commission new installations, re-commission machines after a move, and re-validate wash programmes when your textiles or chemicals change. Programme work is the quietly valuable part: a machine running a programme designed for a different fabric will cost you linen life every single cycle, and nobody notices until the towels start looking tired a year early.
Service contracts
Three shapes, depending on how much risk you want to carry: scheduled maintenance only; maintenance plus priority breakdown response; or full cover including parts and labour. We will recommend the smallest one that fits your actual exposure — a property with two machines and a spare has different needs from one with a single 60 kg washer and no plan B.
If you are also considering new equipment, see laundry equipment supply and installation; running costs and service intervals belong in the same conversation as the purchase price.
About technical service
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
Response time is written into the contract rather than promised vaguely. For properties where a stopped machine halts the operation, we hold the fast-moving parts for your specific models, so the first visit is usually the only visit.
If a repair genuinely needs a part we do not hold, you hear the date on the same call — and where we can, we route your linen through our own plant so the property keeps running.
Do you service machines you did not supply?
With few exceptions, yes. Most professional laundry machinery is mechanically conventional; what differs is the control board and the parts channel, and we hold or can source both for the main European manufacturers.
What service contracts do you offer?
Three shapes: scheduled maintenance only; maintenance plus priority breakdown response; or full cover including parts and labour. We recommend the smallest one that fits your actual exposure — two machines and a spare is a different risk from one 60 kg washer and no plan B.
Can we buy parts without a contract?
Yes. If you maintain your machines in house, you can buy bearings, seal kits, gaskets, belts, valves, pumps, elements, sensors and control boards from us directly.
