Equipment specified for the load, not the brochure

An on-premise laundry fails for one of two reasons: the machines were sized for the brochure rather than the actual daily kilos, or the utilities behind them were never checked. We start from the load. How many kilograms a day, of what fabric, at what soil level, in how many hours of available staff time? That determines drum capacity, spin class, dryer pairing and whether an ironer earns its floor space.

Only then do we talk about models. As an official dealer we supply professional washer-extractors, tumble dryers, flatwork ironers, folders, finishing equipment and dosing systems from established European manufacturers — and we will say plainly when a smaller machine is the right answer.

What we supply

High-spin washer-extractors from 8 to 120 kg, in soft-mount and rigid-mount configurations. Tumble dryers with moisture sensing, sized to match the washer so the line does not bottleneck at drying. Flatwork ironers, roller and chest type, for properties with real volumes of bed linen. Folding and stacking equipment. Barrier washers for healthcare, where the dirty and clean sides must be physically separated. Automatic detergent dosing, integrated with the machine programmes.

Installation done properly

Delivery is the easy part. Installation is where projects go wrong. We survey the site before anything is ordered: floor loading and whether the slab takes the spin forces, water pressure and hardness, drainage capacity and gully positions, steam or electric heating, three-phase supply and cable sizing, ventilation and lint extraction routes for the dryers.

Then we install, connect, commission and validate the programmes with your actual textiles — not a test load. Your team is trained on the machines they will use, and you get the documentation: programme sheets, dosing settings, maintenance intervals and the manuals in a form somebody will still find in two years.

Why put a laundry on site at all

It makes sense when volumes are high and steady, when you have space and staff, and when you want control over timing more than you want the lowest cost per kilogram. It makes less sense when volume swings hard with the season, when floor space earns more as something else, or when nobody on the payroll wants to own the process. Plenty of properties end up with a hybrid: an on-site machine for same-day items, and outsourced processing for bulk bed linen.

We will tell you which of those you are, including when the honest answer is that you do not need to buy anything.

After the installation

Equipment that is not maintained gets expensive quickly: bearings, seals, drive belts, steam traps and lint paths all have a service life. Our technical service covers scheduled maintenance, spare parts and breakdown response, with contracts sized to how critical the machine is to your operation. Consumables are covered through laundry chemicals and dosing, so the programmes we validated stay validated.

Ask for a site survey and you will get a specification, a layout and a written quote — including running costs per kilogram, which is the number that decides whether the project pays back.
